Extension outgoing Caller ID is the particular DID that the receiver will see when a call is made from that Extension.
This can be set by the admin using the panel. First login to the admin account then navigate to the "Edit" option.
From the popup panel, Scroll to the "Settings" section and click the dropdown section of "Extn. Out. Caller ID". All the available DID numbers can be seen on the dropdown list. The required Extension Outgoing caller ID can be selected from there.
Note: If Extention Out Caller ID is set to a particular number, during outgoing calls, only that particular DID number will be seen by the receiver. Thus selecting this will ignore both EXT. Line Number 1 (Business Telephone Number) and Line Number 2 (Pre-set DID number for that particular Extention)
